When Framer is the better choice
You want a portfolio that is itself a showcase of your craft, with custom layouts and motion, and you enjoy building and maintaining it.
When Noemi fits
You want a polished professional page now, kept current for you, while your energy goes into the work itself. Plenty of designers use both: Framer for a showcase site, Noemi for the link they send.
